Posada Tapas Buffet are sensible as well as exciting way to eat.

There is no need for a formal, sit-down table space. We will create a professional-looking buffet table, prepare your food on-site, and replenish the display over the course of your party.

Your Posada Tapas Buffet includes everything listed below

• Your Choice of six Tapas  (click on our sample menus at the right-hand side of this page)
• You can choose any items from my sample menus to create your buffet. 
• NOTE:Your tapas buffet MUST include 2 cold menu items as described at the end of each sample menu.
• Up to 4 Hours of Professional On-Site Catering Service. (1 to 1.5 hours for set up, 1 to 1.5 hours buffet service, and 1 hour clean up) ask for details.
• Buffet table with choice-of-color linen
• Restaurant-quality China Plates and Stainless Steel Cutlery
• Glassware available (ask for info)

NOTE: Table settings and linen packages, upgrades are available at rental price. We sub-contract the rental needs of equipment through Pleasanton Rentals. Delivery and retrieval charges will apply.
