Front Yard Wedding in Alamo
"Eduardo Posada is not your average caterer. When we hired him for our wedding feast, Eduardo delivered much more than we could have ever imagined! We wanted to do someting with a Brazilian churrascaria flavor and Eduardo, with his creative Latin fusion background, totally loved the idea. He ran with it, embraced it, and made it perfect in every way.
Eduardo designed his own sword-style, charcoal-heated serveware that was visually dramatic for guests, and his servers went from table to table sllicing all types of meats from churrascos swords in an entertaining and stunning way. Our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted, and we totally agree. But Eduardo made sure not to turn off the vegetarians amongst us -he created a mouth-watering buffet of side dishes to please all palattes. He even provided little menus descrbing the meats, sides and sauces. As a bride and groom without a wedding planner, we had one less thing to worry about!
To our delight, Eduardo also took over the bar aspect of the wedding, wich was in a private home. He brought in all of the alcohol, servers, bartenders, glassware, and we didn't have to worry about coordinating that at all. He also order all of the linens, tables, flatware and dinnerware to our specifications, and worked with us to follow theme and colors of our wedding day -even helping us choose a signature cocktail that guests are still asking us about.
Eduardo is a pleasure to work with-patient, friendly, orgonized, creative and totally on top of it. He met with us periodically throughout the wedding planning process, and always came with a smile on his face, and magically managed to alleviate any and all planning stress!
We highly recommend Eduardo and Posada Catering. His food is to die for, and we will always remember our wedding feast as one of the best meals of our lives. Anyone looking for a memoralble, delicious, and reasonably priced dinner for his or her next special event should not hesitate to work with Eduardo Posada."
