Chicken Wings a la Posada

  1. Marinate 12 thawed chicken wings with 3 ounces Posada Adobo Red Chile Marination. for no less tha 8 hours (preferable overnight).
  2. Cook in oven @375 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken wings are cooked.
  3. In large hot saute pan melt 3 tablespoons butter with 1 ounce of Posada Jerk-Rub stir and add chicken wings.
  4. Toss chicken wings to coat in butter and let them caramelize some.
  5. Enhance chicken wings with Posada Mango-Habanero or Chipotle Hot Sauce.
  6. Enjoy!

Adobo Red Chile Marinade 12FL oz
Great marination for pork and chicken also have used it with meaty fish, shrimp and ribs.
Ingredients: Dry chile pods, garlic, onions, pineapple, cider vinegar, herbs and spices.

Mango-Habanero Hot Sauce 10FL oz
This is the sauce that started it all, I also use this hot sauce as dressing too. Try it with steam asparagus, spinach salad, white rice and is great with chicken, queso panela and fresh mozarella cheese.
Ingredients: Mango, onions, garlic, habanero chile, canola oil, honey, salt, and rice vinegar.

Chipotle Hot Sauce 10FL oz Personally my favorite. I use it on potatoe chips, baked potatoes, as dressing, soft cheeses and specially when I cook meat at home
Ingredients: Smoked jalapeno chiles, mustard, honey, salt, and red wine vinegar.

JERK-RUB SPICE 4 oz. The spice for Chicken Wings a la Posada. Also good for fish and meat
Ingredients: chile powder, thyme, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, garlic, onion, sugar, black pepper.
