Catering Details

Payment:

A $350.00 deposit is required to reserve your event date. Cancellations sometimes occur. If your concellation is 30 days before the event 100% of deposit will be returned. Otherwise deposit will be lost.

Two weeks before your event, I will need 50% payment of esimated cost of event.

Payment of the balance will be due at the conclusion of the event. Any oustanding amounts (overtime, loss of breakage will be billed following the event.A 9.75% tax will be charge on per person menu prices.

Sales Tax:

9.75% Sales Tax will be added to all food

Guest Count:

Ten days before your event, I will need your final mumber of guests to be served. This final number will be used to purchase fresh ingredients for the food production, order equipment and arrange for the proper number of event staff. So once you give me your final guarantee, you may only increase your count.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not added on automatically, but they are appreciated. Tips are the discretion of the client.

Personnel Service:

The hours of service is based portal to portal, from my Livermore kitchen to event site and return.

For every 50 guests Posada Catering will provide one helper to help Eduardo with food preparations at NO CHARGE.

For every 25 guests Posada Catering will provide one (1) service personnel. The hourly charge for each service personnel is $22.00 per hour (8-hour minimum).

Hours over the first 8 hours in an event will be billed at time-and-a half per hour per server. After 12 hours, double time will be charge.

Party Rental Needs:

We"ll gladly take this responsibility off your plate! We sub-contract rental equipment through Pleasanton Rentals. I will help you in choosing the right tables, chairs, tents, umbrellas, canopies, arches, patio heaters, and much more. (delivery and retrieval charges will apply)

Bartender, $30.00 per hour

BYOB #1 $3.75 per person Bar Setup (front and backbar tables with linen and skirting) Ice, Wine Glasses, Champagne Flute, Rocks Glasses, Martini Stemware

BYOB #2 $2.50 per person Bar Set up (front bar table with linen and skirting) Ice, Wine Glasses, Beer Glasses, Rock Glasses

Coffee and Cake Cutting $1.50 per person
Coffee table with choice of color linen and white skirting
7' china plate, coffee mugs, stainless dessert fork, and disposable napkins
Restaurant Quality Decaf coffe with condiments
Cake Cutting and Served
