Menu 1: This Catered Buffet was created for the Alameda County Mayors and City Managers at the Bankhead Theater in Livermore. (60 guests) Cost $3006.00

  • Starter: 1- Tilapia Filet Seviche Tostada with Watermelon, Oranges and Chipotle Mayo
  • Starter: 2- Empanada with Potato Puree, Chorizo and Charred Tomatillo Crema
  • Salad: (plated) Spinach-Basil Salad with Orange Segments marinated in Red Wine Reduction, Vine Tomatoes, Pine Nuts and Mango Vinaigrette
  • Entree: 1- Chipotle-Rub Tri-Tip with Mint Chimichurri Sauce
  • Entree: 2- Open Fire Chicken Breast with Blackberry Mole Poblano Sauce
  • Relish: Avocado-Tomato-Cilantro Relish
  • Side: 1- Wilted Greens with Bacon and Cherry Tomatoes
  • Side: 2- Roasted Chayote Succotash
  • Side: 3- Herb Rice Pilaf
  • Dessert and Coffee: (plated) Chocolate Fondue with Fresh Fruit and Pound Cake - Decaf Coffee

Buffet Cost to include Starters and Salad table served $30 per guest (to include buffet tables with choice of color linen, china plates, stainless flatware, water glass and one cook)

Dessert and Coffee Served $5 per guest. (to include china plate, stainless fork, and coffee mug

Helpers (4) $22 per hour per helper (service included set up of rentals tables, chairs and linen with complete break down) 5.5 total hours from portal to portal.

Water and Ice Tea were displayed @ N/C.

Rental Cost: $422.00 (60 chairs, 7 tables, 7 round table linen, 60 napkins, 4 rectangle linen, and delivery and pick up charge)

Menu 2: This Catered Buffet was created for a Wedding at a backyard in Walnut Creek (70 guests) (20 x 30 tent was brought in) Cost $4069.00

  • Starter: 1- Skewered Salmon marinated in sesame sauce. Served wiith mango-avocado salsa
  • Starter: 2- Mesquite Smoked Asparagus, Roasted Sweet Peppers, Parmasan Crisps, Bread Sticks with Toasted Cumin and Roasted Garlic Spread
  • Starter: 3- Kalamata Olives with Sweet Peppers Panache on a bed pickled slaw
  • Salad: Red-Chile Jicama in citrus juices tossed with three color peppers, romaine lettuce slaw with cilantro-orange vinaigrette
  • Entree: 1- Carved Chipotle-Rub Tri-Tip - smoked three hours and flame-charred flavored. Served with raspberry demi glaze
  • Entree: 2 - Shrimp in Tomatillo-Cilantro Sauce - poached in herbs and spices broth. Served with cherry tomatoes, onions and roasted sweet peppers
  • Side: 1 Penne pasta iin Lemon-Caper Sauce
  • Side: 2 Pan Fried Seasanal Vegetables
  • Side: 3 Rosemary Oven Roasted Potatoes
  • Flat Bread
  • Sparkling Water on Tables
  • Cut Cake and Coffee Set up

Buffet Cost to include Starters, Sparkling Water, Cut Cake and Coffee Set up $33.50 per guest (to include buffet tables, with choice of color linen, china plates, stainless flatware, water glass and one cook)

Helpers (4) $22 per hour per helper (service included set up of rental tables, chairs and linen with complete break down) 8 total hours from portal to portal.

Rental Cost: $775.00 to include 20 x 30 tent, 8 tables with linen, 2 rectangle tables with linen for wedding party, 70 chairs, 70 napkins,

BYOB Cost: $160.00 (Host  provided all drinks Posada Catering provided bar service to include glass ware.

Menu 3: This Tapa Buffet was created for City of Pleasanton Mayor's Annual Awards Celebration at the Historical Alviso Adobe Park in Pleasanton (250 guests) Cost $6078.00

  • Roasted Beets with Queso Panela-Pickled Onions-Cabbage and Roquefort Slaw
  • Vine Tomatoes and Orange Segments in Red Wine Reduction with Caramelized Onions, Fennel and Pecans
  • Watermelon, Feta, Sweet Pickled Onions, Toasted Pine Nuts and Lemon Vinaigrette
  • Braised Tri-Tip slowly cooked in chicken broth, simmered in Blackberry Mole Poblano. Served with Pickled Carrots Relish
  • Three Cheese Fondue Quesadilla with Papaya-Strawberry Chutney
  • Mesquite Smoked Salmon Flakes Tostada with Charred Tomatillo Crema and Basil-Cilantro Vinaigrette
  • Tostaditas with Two Salsas
  • Jamaica Flavor Water and Citrus Water

Buffet Cost to  include Tostaditas with two salsas and the waters $20 per guest (to include buffet tables with choice of color linen, china plates, stainless flatware, disposable napkins and two cooks)

Helpers (7) $22 per hour per helper (service included some support of tables and chairs that were rented with complete break down) 6 total hours from portal to portal

NOTE: 8.75% sales tax will be added to all food.
Table settings, linen packages, and chair upgrades are available at rental price. We sub-contract the rental needs of equipment through Pleasanton Rentals. Delivery and retrieval charges will apply.
