A word from Chef Eduardo Posada,
I am proud that for the last 30 years I have followed my passion for creating and preparing exciting food. These years have been full of hard learning experiences, yet I've known wonderful, fulfilling accomplishments.
From 1981 to 1990, with the unconditional love and support of my family, I was able to own and operate three restaurants, Guido's Fine Italian Restaurant, Guido's Seafood and Steak House which included a full service bar, and Santa Fe Southwest Cuisine with a full service bar and nightly entertainment.
As I continued in my quest for learning and development, I joined the Rams International Restaurant Corporation, where I learned the high-volume restaurant industry. Along the way, I had the opportunity to work alongside great master chefs such as Frank D'Angelo of New York City and Richard Olivero who taught me the art of Southwest Cuisine.
With Posada Catering, I am continuing to "follow my bliss." So let me assist you in making your next special occasion a memorable affair.
