I use a variety of dry and wet rubs along with a red chile marination in all my meat preparations. Charbroil grilling, mesquite cold smoking and braising are my cooking methods.
I offer fresh, flavorful and festive food in a variety of ways, from Tapas-Style Buffet geared to serve in a none formal space area, Buffets with full Catering Service, to a lunch club with delivery service.
